Interesting! I didn't even know that was coming down. Some of my friends lived there as freshmen -- wait until I send them this! Thanks for posting!
I lived there all four years as a student. Despite the shoddy furnishings, shared rooms, and communal bathrooms, you just couldn't beat the location.
